AliMessage Pro is a Chrome extension for Alibaba OneTalk users. It helps sales and support teams organize customer conversations, generate AI-assisted drafts, analyze customer intent, export leads, and create workflow reports from the OneTalk page.
What AliMessage Pro Does
The extension is built for user-initiated OneTalk workflows. It does not replace human review and does not operate as an advertising or tracking tool.
Customer Analysis
Read the current OneTalk conversation and summarize customer intent, urgency, objections, and recommended follow-up actions.
AI-Assisted Drafts
Generate reply drafts, reception drafts, and follow-up text using the AI provider and API key configured by the user.
Batch Workflows
Assist with batch customer analysis, customer follow-up preparation, lead export, and downloadable reports.
Lead Export
Organize customer IDs, conversation summaries, customer grades, and next actions into structured export data.
License Access
Core features require an AliMessage Pro license code. License activation and verification are handled online.
Local Configuration
User settings, task state, report cache, and AI provider configuration are mainly stored in the user’s Chrome browser.
How It Works
Install
Install AliMessage Pro from Chrome after the extension is approved and published.
Open OneTalk
Go to the Alibaba OneTalk message page where the extension is designed to run.
Activate
Enter the license server address and license code provided after purchase.
Configure AI
Add your own AI API key and model settings if you want to use AI-assisted features.
Review Output
Check AI drafts, analysis, exported leads, and reports before using them in business workflows.
Data and Privacy
AliMessage Pro processes OneTalk page content only to provide user-facing extension features. It does not sell user data, does not use user data for advertising, and does not track unrelated browsing activity.
