Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Whats Inquiry Analysis collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our Chrome extension.
1. Single Purpose
Whats Inquiry Analysis helps users work with WhatsApp Web sales conversations. Its single purpose is to provide sales conversation analysis, contextual reply drafts, real-time reception assistance, batch follow-up review, and customer lead export inside WhatsApp Web.
2. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the extension, the extension may process the following types of information:
- Website content: visible WhatsApp Web chat content that you choose to analyze or process.
- Personal communications: chat messages, customer replies, and conversation context from WhatsApp Web.
- Personal identifiers: customer names, phone numbers, company names, email addresses, or similar information if they appear in chats or exported leads.
- Authentication information: AI API keys and extension license status saved locally in Chrome.
- User activity: extension workflow state, selected task, drafts, progress, pause status, diagnostics, and local history.
- Location-related information: country or region inferred from phone numbers, if the user runs lead export or related analysis.
- User-selected local files: optional knowledge base files, Q&A sheets, or image previews selected by the user for sales assistance.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information only to provide the extension’s core functions:
- Analyze WhatsApp sales conversations.
- Generate reply drafts and follow-up suggestions.
- Assist real-time customer reception.
- Run user-initiated batch analysis or CSV-based outreach workflows.
- Export customer lead information requested by the user.
- Verify commercial license activation and usage status.
- Store local settings and workflow state so the user does not need to configure the extension repeatedly.
4. AI API and Third-Party Services
The extension may send relevant chat content, prompts, business profile information, and optional compressed image previews to the AI provider selected and configured by the user, such as OpenAI, DeepSeek, or an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint.
The extension may also connect to a license server to activate and verify the commercial license. License verification may include product key, license code, install ID, browser/device fingerprint hash, public key, extension version, challenge nonce, and signature.
We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising, credit evaluation, lending, or purposes unrelated to the extension’s single purpose.
5. Local Storage
The extension stores configuration and workflow data locally in the user’s Chrome browser, including settings, AI API configuration, license status, drafts, local knowledge base summaries, reception state, follow-up tasks, and report state.
Private license signing keys are stored locally in the browser when supported. The private key is not sent to the license server.
6. Remote Code
The extension does not load or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly. It only sends HTTPS API requests to AI providers and the license server, then processes JSON or text responses.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. Data is shared only when necessary to provide user-requested functionality, such as sending a user-triggered AI request to the configured AI provider or sending license verification data to the license server.
8. Data Retention
Most extension data is stored locally in the user’s browser and remains there until the user clears extension data, uninstalls the extension, clears browser storage, or deletes related records manually.
License server logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, license management, and troubleshooting.
9. User Control
Users can control what data is processed by choosing which chats to analyze, whether to upload local knowledge files, whether to enable image recognition, and whether to use automatic sending features.
Users can remove local extension data by clearing Chrome extension storage or uninstalling the extension.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect license verification and local workflow data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
11. Children
This extension is intended for business and productivity use. It is not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
